Rachel Zayas

Rachel Zayas, is the Founder and CEO of AGED Diagnostics, has a Masters in Genetics and an MBA, has previously launched a biotech venture and worked at MIT in cancer research developing gene silencing therapeutics through RNA interference.
Zayas is currently a fellow for Healthworx, she has presented work (poster) at AASLD. Zayas is an adjunct instructor at GWU and works with early ventures to conduct customer discovery through NSF ICorps courses. Zayas has written two fiction novels. At AGED, Zayas is responsible for all aspects of R&D, reaching technical milestones and executing a path to commercialization.
